BRUSHING AND FLOSSING
Even though we have all been regularly brushing and flossing our teeth for years and still years to come, we all need a little reminder of the best method for brushing and flossing our teeth.
These simple four steps are the best and easiest ways to help you remember how to care for your mouth, teeth and gums:
Brush at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste for at least two minutes, especially first thing in the morning and before bedtime
Floss each and every day as a routine – usually at bedtime
Limit the number of times you eat snacks each day and avoid sugary drinks and sweets.
Visit your dentist at Bangor Dental Care every six months for an oral exam and professional cleaning.
